Osool Market provides property data and analytics for one named account holder. Keep your sign-in details private. Data and reports are estimates, not investment advice or a guarantee of results.
Plan and price
The subscription page shows included tools, monthly allowances and the final SAR price before payment. Plans do not include dataset exports. The price covers one monthly or annual period. The payment provider shows the same final amount.
Activation and renewal
Access starts after payment is verified. There is no automatic renewal or later automatic charge. You can renew manually in the final seven days of a period; the new period follows the current one. Plan or billing-cycle changes are available after the current subscription expires. Monthly allowances reset on the first day of each UTC month and do not roll over.
Payments and documents
Moyasar processes payment. We do not store your card number or security code. Download invoices and credit notes from Subscription. If you were charged but access is missing, refresh the page and contact support with the checkout reference. Never send card details.
Cancellation and refunds
To stop future periods, simply do not renew. Request cancellation or a refund at support@osool.estate with your payment reference and reason. Requests are reviewed under Saudi e-commerce law and applicable consumer rights, including the seven-day cancellation right for unused services subject to statutory exceptions. These terms do not limit your rights if the service is unavailable or defective. Approved refunds return to the original payment method with a credit note; bank processing times vary.
Account deletion and support
Account deletion ends access immediately and does not automatically submit a refund request. Download your documents and contact support about any refund before deleting the account. Financial records are retained as legally required. Saudi Arabian law applies to the service.
